General Comments

#15 Observed 2nd buoy with unattached 16' throw rope. **2nd buoy not required; however, if it is on pool deck, the throw rope must be 21' & attached/ tied to ring buoy. The 2nd ring bouy was removed from pool deck while EHS on-site. GC #25 Equipment room floor is wet @ spa circulation system. **Find source of leak & resolve to keep equipment room dry. Observed that chemical room/ closet does not have a light. **Room should have light fixture. Immediate suspension issued for #3. Pool cannot re-open until written approval is obtained from the Meck. Co. Health Dept.
