General Comments

Inspection conducted with hotel staff. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection not signed by staff. Pool recently repainted, main drain screws painted over. Difficulty verifying that screws were in place. Ensure that main drains are securely installed per manufacturer's instructions. Pool continues to have issues with sand on the floor under the returns. Filter probably has a cracked lateral that needs to be replaced. Maintain pool clean. Observed a significant amount of the grout under the water line is missing. Recommend regrouting the wall tiles.
