General Comments5 - Record keeping with all days the same level of chlorine, pH, alkalinity and cyanuric acid. Tested cyanuric acid today and was at 0 ppm. Records indicated 60 ppm. Ensure accurate record keeping. 22- Phone appears to be a trunk line. 911 contacted and gave two different numbers at time of inspection. Phone line must be dedicated line so that phone number does not change and is consistent with what is written on the pool signage. Phone number, when called, shall either ring the pool deck or the front desk (if someone is always on duty and phone is always answered). Post correct phone number and dialing instructions at pool phone. Current signage has incorrect spelling and is starting to curl due to moisture on the deck. Given 30 days to correct. Gloria Bell and Jimmy Hance present during the inspection. No signature due to covid restrictions. Immediate Suspension issued for chlorine. Once corrected, contact Katie Rudisill at 704-309-5494 to schedule a return visit. The pool must remain closed until a return visit has been made.
