General Comments

#12 Missing 1 inlet fitting. ** Install. GC #30 Fill spout ~8.5" from ladder. ** Maximum distance allowed is 6". Notes: (1) Door from lobby to pool has "Pool Closed" sign; however, taped note on door states pool water heater broken, pool water 80F, swim if you want, etc. Conducted inspection. Note removed (from door) & CPO advised to keep pool closed or allow it to be open with water quality standards maintained, etc. (2) Correct dialing instructions "lift handset phone automatically dials 911" posted inside emergency phone box; however, sign above states "dial 911". ** Dial 911 on sign above blacked out. (3) Remove grill from restroom. CPO reports grill for staff cookouts & is just being stored in restroom. IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION ISSUED FOR #2. Pool cannot be re-opened without written approval from the MCHD. EHS training staff for pool authorizations.
