Verified PDSC infomation, infomaion incorrect. Observed WFE-8 installed instead of WFK-8 as noted on last submitted PDSC form. Updated PDSC form as both pumps have the same pump curve and submit to the Department. Observed bonding wire missing on the pump. Facility agreed to voluntarily close until the bonding wire has been attached and an electrical inspection from MC Code Enforcement has occured. Contact Code Enforcement at 980 314-CODE.
