Jon Fife present during the inspection. No signature. Computer died while in field. Informed operator of suspension item while onsite. Pool Closed signs posted. Immediate Suspension issued for emergency phone. .2530 - phone shall be operable and transfer correct address and phone number to 911 - phone shall either audibly ring or answer automatically when phone number posted is dialed. Once corrected, contact Katie to schedule a return inspection to reopen the pool.
