Barrier wall outside of pool fence located directly next to fence. <45" between horizontals from wall to fence and openings >4" above. Maintain 4" or less between openings. Pool built pre-2010. Observed mt gate at the back entry by the restrooms not permanently locked. Recommended to be locked when not used. Observed barriers less than 48” in height in multiple locations around pool.
