15 - Minor fraying on ring buoy rope. Monitor. Rope still intact and secure at time of inspection. Replace when brittles. Note: Phone breaking in and out when speaking with 911. 911 still audible. Monitor and get service on phone if issue worsens. Intent to Suspend issued for: .2524 - repair lighting so that all pool and perimeter lights operable for night swimming approval .2528 - repair window limiters to open at 4" or less Jon Fife present during the inspection.
