General CommentsInspection conducted with Tom Ferrell. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. Indoor handrail missing escutcheon plate. Recommend providing an escutcheon plate for the handrail. Stainless steel in the pool now stained black. Recommend cleaning or replacing as needed. Pool floor and walls with heavy copper staining. Black algae on pool floor and pool walls looks worse than my last visit in June. Maintain proper water chemistry and maintain pool free of algae. Chairs on pool deck closely spaced. Recommend removing some of the chairs on the pool deck to encourage social distancing. Pool is not permitted for night swimming. Contact Will Harrison (704-507-6824) to schedule a pool lighting inspection. This can be done at the same time the Intent to Suspend visit is conducted. “Executive Order No. 141 or subsequent Orders are in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.” Intent to Suspend issued. 7) 8)
