General Comments

Leasing office being renovated at time of inspection. Doors to pool deck were kept unlocked. All doors must remain self-closing, self-latching when the pool is open to the public. Ring buoy grab rope degrading. Bottom of ring buoy rope starting to fray. Given one week, until 11/16, to replace ring buoy with USCG approved buoy and 50 ft. rope. Intent to Suspend issued for the following: .2523/.2537 - replace 3 1/2 ft. sticker depth markers to measure 4" in height where needed; provide 4 ft. depth marker on pool wall and deck at far right side of pool between 5 ft. and 3 1/2 ft. .2528 - repair double doors to self-close, self-latch .2522/.2537 - provide plug for fill line. Shall not offset greater than 1/2" Marion Lloyd present during the inspection.
