Inspection completed with David Williamson present. Flow observed at 430GPM. NOTE: Observed 1 lifeguard on duty for 2 pools. Each pool requires a life guard. Ensure 1 lifeguard present at each pool at all times. NOTE: Observed pump for slide has been replaced. An electrical inspection has already been completed and passed. Ensure PDSC paperwork is submitted and approved by the health department before slide is turned on and opened for use.
