General Comments

Inspection completed with Rob Johnson and Casey Aitcheson present. Note: observed emergency phone located outside of pool enclosure. Add additional signage inside pool enclosure to indicate the location of the emergency phone. Note: Main drain and equalizer line coverings expire MARCH 2025. Ensure drain covers and equalizer line covers are replaced and a new pool drain suction compliance form is submitted to the health department prior to their expiration to prevent any lapse in pool operations. Permit suspended for non operational emergency phone. Once repaired, contact Eli Freese at 704.621.2298 to verify and reopen pool. Ensure new warning signs are posted upon return visit or a 30 day intent to suspend the permit may be issued.
