General Comments

Observed 10 6HP equalizer covers at this pool. Aquastar has changed the flow rate on these covers to 92GPM. Be advised the when the covers expire and are changed, the new covers must meet the flow requirements for this pool. These expire in March 2020. The pool will not be issued a new permit on May 1st as long as it is in "W" status for the gate corrections. Please contact C. Elmore when the gate is corrected. 704-507-6814. The PDSC form on file with the Health Department from Kevin Rytel from April 20th 2018 is correct.
