General Comments

Inspection conducted with operator Shasta. Immediate suspension of permit issued due to inoperable emergency phone. Pool closed and signs posted during inspection. Pool must remain closed until phone repaired and verified by EHS. Contact Hope McIntosh at 980-229-7549 once phone is repaired and capable of dialing 911. Other permit items noted include inoperable flow meter and contrasting bands on steps in poor repair. If these items are not corrected upon return visit to check phone, a 30 day intent to suspend will be issued.
