General Comments

Inspection conducted with GM, John Sullivan. Main entry door to pool deck from hotel/elevator does not fully self close/latch and GM unable to access daily water quality/safety check records during inspection. 30 day intent to suspend issued. Once door has been repaired and records become available for review, call Hope McIntosh at 980-229-7549. Note: some loose coping tile and small area of damaged tile around ladder may need repair prior to 2023 permitting. Also, contrasting bands on stairs significantly faded but still visible at this time. Bands may need to be re-painted prior to 2023 permitting.
