Notes: (1) Water level at least 1' below skimmers (by accident); however, pool still open. ** Maintain proper water level. (2) Caulk around equalizer line cover that will not sit flush with pool wall. Pool permit suspended/ IMMEDIATE SUSPENSION ISSUED FOR #2, #15, #22. Pool cannot be re-opened without written approval from the Mecklenburg County Health Department.
