General CommentsInspection conducted with inspector Niejel Wilkins, George Evermann, and CPO Kristin Sminchak. Inspection led by Niejel Wilkins. Permit restriction that flow meter remain operable on both systems not to exceed 1330 GPM due to flow restriction of the filters. Observed 1200 GPM on pump A and 1050 GPM on pump B. Motor replaced for pump B. Electrical permit COM-ELC-25-004812 passed inspection on 10-3-2026.
