General CommentsInspection conducted with Anna Kirkland, George, and Harold. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection not signed by the operator. NOTE** Verified that hose bibs are located under sinks in the locker rooms. Single restrooms are within 50 feet of hose bib in janitorial closet. Outdoor filter for pump B flooded, pump off for a portion of the inspection. Operator drained excess water with sump pump. Verified that pump and flow meter work properly. In 2021, a permit condition was added that pump A (pump closest to liquid chemical storage room) operate at 900 GPM per the engineer. Piping has since been added allowing water from heater and chlorinator to run through pump B, reducing the TDH for pump A. Observed pump A flow meter at 1100 GPM. Will follow up with our office to see what other impacts this change will have. Operator adjusted gate valve to reduce flow to 700 GPM for pump A. Intent to suspend issued. 8) 16)
