General Comments

Recieved complaint of poor indoor air quality. Air handler working today, but there have been recent issues. Ensure proper ventilation and ensure that bathers are showering before entering the pool. Observed shower signage posted and showers in good working order. Main drains expire March 10, 2019. Replace with A112 approved main drains and submit updated PDSC form to Environmental Health.
