General Comments

Inspection completed with Husani Parris present. Intent to suspend permit issued for following items: 1. Missing threaded vacuum port cap. 2. Door leading to pool deck has excessive delay on latch activation mechanism. Correct these items within 30 days or the permit may be suspended. Note- drain covers and equalizer line coverings expire 10/18/26. Ensure these are replaced with a new pool drain suction compliance form (PDSC) submitted and approved by the health department prior to expiration date or permit may be suspended.
