General Comments

OBSERVED CHLORINE PUCK IN SKIMMER BASKET. THIS IS NOT ALLOWED UNDER NORMAL POOL OPERATION AS IT IS AN IMMINENT HAZARD. REMOVE ANY SUCH PUCKS AND DO NOT USE THEM FOR CHLORINATION UNDER NORMAL OPERATION. PUMP MOTOR HAS BEEN SWAPPED OUT AND MUST PASS AN ELECTRICAL INSPECTION. NEW PUMP IS A 2HP PUMP CONNECTED TO A 1/2 HP PUMP (CHII-N1-1/2F). PUMP DID NOT HAVE GROUND WIRE CONNECTED. THIS IS AN IMMINENT HAZARD DUE TO POTENTIAL ELECTRICAL HAZARD. INTERIOR OF THE POOL COULD NOT BE EVALUATED AS IT WAS TOO CLOUDY TO VIEW. INTERIOR WILL BE CHECKED DURING VERIFICATION VISIT. POOL IS CLOSED BY ORDER OF THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. CONTACT. C.
