6) One drain cover has something in screw hole, covering screw, which is in place. Remove debris so that drain cover and screws are clearly visible. Tested main drain with body hook which is secure and operator is addressing issue. 15) Two ring buoys present at establishment. One buoy is not secure, which voids the US Coast Gaurd approval. Operator removed extra buoy. Corrected during inspection (CDI).
