Observed 1 gate not self-latching, although it is self-closing. Observed one gate chained, function of this gate could not be determined. Gates must fully self-close and fully self-latch. Observed magnetic closure on the outside of one gate to be a foothold on the gate lower than 45 inches from the ground. Correct the magnetic closure by removing it, raising it so that the top surface is 45 inches or more from the ground, or placing a surface angled 45 degrees over the top of it to prevent it from presenting a flat purchase to be climbed on. I.T.S. issued for the gate not self latching and the magnetic closure providing a foothold. |
