Inspection conducted with Managers Bobby Prestwood, Mantham Kelaiya, Komal Kelaiya. Conducted pre-permit inspection. Verified electrical permit E4642865 passed inspection 6-6-2024. PDSC form submitted has been disapproved. Does not match what was installed. Worked with facility to submit updated and corrected PDSC form. New Permit Condition: Flow meter must remain operable. Flow required at 48 GPM to 74 GPM to meet turnover and flow restriction of the filter. - CPO not present to do backwash. Observed at 79 GPM, Which is within the accuracy range of the flow meter. Verified In-Field Plan review information New Pentair Whisperflo 015583, 1.1 HP Pump. New Blue-White flow meter. MD, Skimmer, Return lines 2” piping. New TR100 filter. 4x returns, 2x skimmers. Pre-permit inspection did not pass 5) 16) 24) Re-inspection scheduled for 1:00 PM on 8-8-2024.
