General CommentsInspection conducted with operator Kenneth Smith. Immediate suspension of permit issued due to inoperable emergency phone and ring buoy rope too short. Once items are corrected, call Hope McIntosh at 980-229-7549 to request a re-visit. Pool closed with signs posted during visit. Pool must remain closed with signs posted until permit is re-instated. At that time, a 30-day intent to suspend the permit may be issued for other permit items including doors not self-latching. Note: upon arrival, chlorine pucks observed in both skimmer baskets which were removed by operator. Chlorine must be provided to the pool through the in line chlorination system. Chlorine placed into skimmers is a risk to swimmers and can result in bodily injury. If chlorine must be added to pool to shock, the pool must remain closed until chlorine levels are safe for swimmers. If in line chlorination system is not sufficient to maintain 1.0 ppm chlorine residual in the pool, have the system evaluated to determine if chlorinator is properly sized and operating properly.
