General CommentsITS for records/cyanuric acid checks and reagent. Main drains expire 2/20/2022. Failure to submit updated PDSC for approval and change covers prior to expiration will result in IMMEDIATE SUSPESNION of permit. Operator stated there are plans to replaster pool. Advised a general In-Field plan review application should be submitted with LRV information and scope of work for approval. Also, plugging and disabling equalizer lines per State recommendations is an option during this process, but MUST be reflected on updated and approved PDSC form. VFD was changed out in 2021. There is not an electrical permit pulled for this project. Referring to Code Enforcement for approval of work. VFD was set at 50 HZ at time of inspection. Permit restriction requires 60 HZ. Flowmeter over 120 gpm. Operator manually adjusted to 55 HZ, but it would not go further (to reach 60 HZ). Flow meter reading 160 gpm at 55 HZ.
