Heater was reported to be off. Pool has one door that is not fully self-closing and self-latching. I.T.S. issued. Deadline is 10/27/2020. All doors leading onto the pool deck must fully self-close and fully-self latch. Contact C. Elmore when correction is made at 704-507-6814. Observed a high degree of static on the 911 phone. Ensure phone does not continue to have static to the point where it makes communication difficult. “issuance of a permit by this department does not negate closure required by Executive Order No. 120, 138, 141, 147, or subsequent Orders in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.” NO SIGNATURE WAS OBTAINED DUE TO COVID-19 SOCIAL DISTANCING
