General CommentsThe facility has been given 30 calendar days to correct items 9 and 16. This expires on 12/30/18. If the items are not corrected, the pool will be closed until they are corrected. If the facility wishes to appeal this, the instructions for making an appeal are on the Intent To Suspend document at the bottom of the page. The facilty has added a new ladder structure to the pool. The steps are lined with grip tape. The tape does not go to the edge of the steps. Extending to the edge of the step is required for painted lines, tile lines are given a 1 inch margin. C. Elmore will request guidence from PEHS supervision on how to treat tape on stairs as putting tape to the edge could cause it to curl up and pull off.
