Pre-permit inspection conducted with Manager Felicia Allen and CPO Darrell Chapman. Darrell is the new CPO for this pool. Updated CPO information in CDP. Pool heater currently turned off. Ensure that if pool is heated temperature is maintained at no more than 90F and temperature is checked and recorded daily in pool log book. New 3/4 HP pump motor installed. G.S. 130A-2(3) Ensure all electrical work is completed by a licensed electrician and an electrical permit and passing inspection are obtained from Code Enforcement - Pre-permit item. Pre-permit inspection did not pass 2) 3) 8) 22) G.S. 130A-2(3) There is a $100 re-inspection fee that will need to be paid prior to rescheduling by calling our office (980-314-1620) and paying with a credit card.
