General Comments

Both skimmer baskets cracked. Recommend replacing. Maintenance is vacuuming through the skimmer, left the other skimmer plugged. This is a repeat issue. Pool has a vacuum line that can be used to vacuum the pool. Handle for vacuum line valve missing in the pump room, recommend installing a new handle to make vacuum line functional again. If vacuuming through the vacuum line ensure vacuum line is off and cap is closed when not vacuuming the pool. Filter pressure guage reading 21 psi. Ensure that filter is properly maintained per manufacturer's instructions. Body hook with one screw, wingnut facing towards the hook. Recommend installing two stainless steel screws with wingnuts facing away from hook to avoid potential injury during use. Intent to suspend issued. 18) 24)
