CONTINUE TO FOLLOW ALL RELEVANT COVID RULES POOL HAS PASSED INSPECTION AND BEEN ISSUED THEIR PERMIT STICKER. PAPER PERMIT WILL BE AVAILABLE ON-LINE FOR DOWNLOAD AND PRINTING AT OUR POOLS WEBSITE. POST PERMIT AND STICKER WERE VISIBLE AT POOL AREA. CPO AGREED TO EMAIL COPY OF REPORT NO SIGNATURE DUE TO COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS. DECK HAS BEEN RECOATED. VERIFIED SLIP RESISTANCE BY TESTING FRICTION AGAINST SKIN WHEN DECK WAS WET. OBSERVED POOL LIGHTS TO BE ON. DECK LIGHTS ARE ON AUTOMATIC PHOTO CELL. ENSURE THAT DECK LIGHTS OPERATE AS THEY DID WHEN NIGHT SWIMMING WAS VERIFIED. MAKE SURE ENOUGH LIGHT IS PRESENT FOR SAFETY IF NIGHT SWIMMING IS STILL ALLOWED.
