General Comments

30 day ITS for weirs, skimmer baskets, windows open greater than 4", spare pump basket. Annual permit will NOT be renewed on 5/1/18 until items are in compliance. Permit will not permit ‘Night Swimming’ until an onsite visit is conducted before dawn or after dusk to meet compliance with new regulation. It can still be open during daylight without an onsite visit. This includes: Pool illumination is sufficient to illuminate the main drains of the pool and the deck area of the pool so that it is visible at all times the pool is in use. Lighting fixtures are of such number and design to illuminate all parts of the pool, the water, the depth markers, signs, entrances, restrooms, safety equipment and the required deck area and walkways. The illumination is sufficient so that the floor of the pool can be seen at all times the pool is in use. Please contact Marie Daley at 704-507-6806 directly to schedule a visit to verify lighting is sufficient and this condition is met to update permit to allow ‘Night Swimming’.
