General Comments

Inspection conducted with inspector Rachel Santimaw and pool operator Steve. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. Outside ring buoy damaged. Recommend replacing with US Coast Guard approved ring buoy with 33 foot throw rope. Equalizer line covers expire February 1, 2021. Replace with APSP-16 2017 approved covers or abandon the equalizer lines per state guidelines. Fill line manual fill through check valve. Does not meet ASSE rating of .2512 (listed as ASSE1015). If ever replaced, replace with approved check valve. “Executive Order No. 141 or subsequent Orders are in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.” Intent to suspend issued. 21
