General Comments

Inspection completed with David Timchula present. Intent to suspend permit issued for door leading from pool deck to outdoor patio not self-latching. The facility has also removed their equalizer line coverings and sealed them off on the pool wall. The ports inside the skimmers have not been sealed for the equalizers. Seal off these lines as well. Submit documentation to the health department with updated information for review and approval.
