General Comments
Observed backwash discharge into floor drain that is reported to contain an air-gap. It is not clear to visual observation if it is properly fitted with an air gap or not. All backwash pipes must drain through a proper air gap. Observed 1 ring bouy to have a 36ft throw rope. 39ft is the required throw rope length, no more or less. There was a 2nd throw rope with the proper length. The incorrect one was removed.
