General CommentsConducted pool inspection with new CPO Darin Navy. Immediate suspension issued for chlorine and pH levels. Call EHS Devon when corrected 7049981122. Pool must remain closed until corrections are made and EHS has re inspected. No available records for end of June, July, or August. Records must be kept up to date upon return visit or intent to suspend may be issued. PDSC lists a SVRS unit, SVRS is not installed and not needed. Main drains are greater than 36inches apart. Pool must submit updated PDSC reflecting no SVRS. Const. Date: 2/17/1997 Rope Length: 24' Permit restriction: Flow meter required to be properly installed and operational. Flow Rate must be at least 34gpm for turnover and cannot exceed 63gpm for filter limitation.
