Observed flow rate as high as 2200 gpm. Permit restriction requires no flow greater than 2147. Maintain flow at 2147 or below. Ensure percent error is included in flow meter calculation. If 1% error is present max flow cannot exceed 2125gpm. Return visit to verify. Only one lifeguard with buoy was provided for indoor pool that is greater than 3,000 sq. feet.
