OBSERVED ALARMS NON-FUNCTIONAL OR TURNED OFF ON SOME DOORS. OBSERVED GLASS EXIT DOORS THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO REMAIN LOCKED AT ALL TIMES TO BE UNLOCKED AND STANDING OPEN. IT WAS LATER CLOSED, BUT REMAINS NOT SELF-CLOSING AND SELF-LATCHING. CORRECT ALL THE DOOR ON THE DECK, INCLUDING THE GLASS ONES. I.T.S. ISSUED EXPIRES 3/30/19. |
