OBSERVED PUMP NOT SET AT PROPER RPM. PUMP WAS RESET AT 2050RPM AS REQUIRED. THIS WAS PREVIOUSLY NOTED AS A VIOLATION ON 4/5/18 AND AGAIN 3/27/2019. ENSURE THE PUMP IS PROPERLY SET AT ALL TIMES. NO VISABLE GROUNDING WIRE WAS OBSERVED FOR THE PUMP MOTOR. GROUND WIRE MAY BE INTERNAL IN THE CABLE BUNDLE. VERIFY THAT THE MOTOR IS PROPERLY GROUNDED. “issuance of a permit by this department does not negate closure required by Executive Order No. 120, 138, 141, 147, or subsequent Orders in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.” NO SIGNATURE WAS OBTAINED DUE TO COVID-19 SOCIAL DISTANCING
