Inspection conducted with Allen Starnes and Abe McClain. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection not signed by the operator. G.S. 130A-2(3) Work recently done to pump, bonding wire not attached to the pump motor. Ensure that bonding wire is properly attached to the pump motor. - Corrected. Pool with Paddock 2424 PCFC main drain covers requiring annual visual inspection. Prior to issuing the 2022 pool permit, main drains will need to be visually inspected.
