Inspection conducted with Allen Starnes and Robbie Lowe. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. Connor Construction replaced the main drain screws on November 25, 2009. Connor Construction verified the main drain covers October 19, 2020. “Executive Order No. 141 or subsequent Orders are in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.”
