General Comments

Observed 2 ring buoys available with proper length of throw rope. Observed buoys worn with some damage. They are still servicable, but should be replaced with proper US Coast Guard approved ring buoys. If buoys are available, they must be in good repair with proper length of throw rope. Pool is lifeguarded, if 2 certified lifeguards are on the deck when in use, then no ring buoys are required. If 1 certified lifeguard is on the deck when in use, 1 ring buoy is required. If no certified lifeguards are on deck when in use, 2 ring buoys are required. 2 proper body hooks are always required at this pool. Some doors onto pool deck are not self-latching. The are self closing. They may be required to be self-latching or to be fitted with an audible alarm that sounds upon opening.
