New drain covers installed. Left side, lower left missing Aquastar star and appears to be installed backwards. Not flush to wall. Used body hook to ensure still secure. Drain cover shall be flush. Verify installed per mfg. instructions. Does not appear to look like 24xxx with horizontals and verticals. Given one week to correct or permit will be suspended. If not installed backwards, missing piece of product and should be replaced.
Some screws appear to be loose in both sets of drain covers. Tighten screws per mfg. instructions. Given one week to correct or permit will be suspended. |
