6 - One screw loose on main drains on top right of drain looking down from lifeguard stand. Tighten screw. Given 30 days to correct. Will verify on return visit for ITS items. Intent to suspend issued for: .2535 - maintain weekly record keeping for total alkalinity .2523 - provide FT at 4 ft. signage on pool perimeter wall clearly visible .2528 - repair leak at heater to ensure floor kept dry Dave Thompson present during the inspection. Was not present until end of inspection.
