26 - Labeling starting to wear off on piping in pump room. Clearly identify all piping with color codes or labels. Intent to Suspend issued for: .2528 - repair women's spa door to self-close, self-latch .2537 - clean pool floor around portable steps and clean tile line .2521 - replace slip resistant tread on portable steps .2537 - algae at entry to the pool at portable steps - grout missing from tile. Repair grout so impervious surface and remove algae. Clean portable steps. Joe Ellis present during the inspection. Note - EQ lines for pool expire in December 2025 and will require replacement by date of expiration with new PDSC form submitted.
