Inspection completed with Sandra McPhaul and Yean Gil present. Note- Screws in main drains expire January 2027. Ensure these are replaced prior to expiration date with documentation submitted to the health department. General comments: 1. Provide spare pump basket. 2. Ceiling paint peeling in one area of pool near locker room doors. 3. Fading depth maker ‘FT’ lettering in some areas around pool deck.
