General Comments

This report was originally sent into the CDP system as being for Permit #530002. It was later discovered that this was an error as Premit #530002 is the Johnston YMCA at 3025 N. Davidson St. in Charlotte. This reports is actually for Permit #530033, which is the Simmons YMCA located at 6824 Democracy Dr. In Charlotte. The signatures were on the original records and on the Intent To Suspend form. The Intent To Suspend was issued correctly to permit #530033. This error was made by Christopher Elmore #2338 when he submitted the report. This record corrects that error by issuing the report to the proper pool location. This inspection was done on 11/26/2024 with Maddie Denoncour of MCHD.

Number for front desk (704-716-6600) is what was on file with local 911 and was verified during the inspection. This is acceptable for this facility as the front desk is manned while facility is open. Sign was corrected during the inspection. .2530(f) Signage with legible letters providing dialing instructions, address of pool and pool telephone number shall be posted at the emergency phone.
