Per pool operator gates are ADA access gates. Pool gates prior to 2010. Per operator, battery back-up installed at gates. One gate leads to handicap ramp for ADA accessibility. One gate leads to step and leads into pool. Gate shall swing away from the swimming pool and self-close, self-latch. Provide documentation that gate with steps is required for egress to swing into the pool. If not, gate shall be repaired prior to May 1, 2024 operating permit.
Outdoor portion of pool contains separate gate that also does not meet code with same observations. |
