General Comments

6 - Pool has been replastered since last visit. If new drain covers and equalizer line covers installed during replaster, provide an updated PDSC form for both systems. Current expiration listed as 2022. 15 - Both ring buoys on outdoor pool deck and one ring buoy on indoor with degraded grab ropes and ropes. Provide 30 ft. rope and new USCG approved ring buoys by May 1. 22 - Emergency phone set to ring back to front desk. When number was called, front desk did not answer. Phone shall ring back to the pool deck. Given until May 1 to correct or permit will not be issued. Intent to Suspend issued for gate self-close, self-latching; perimeter light; pool signage visibility; leak at pool pump; flow meters operable. If items listed above are not corrected by May 1, a permit for 2021 operating season will not be issued. 23 - General Comment - No flow meter on chlorinator. Install per mfg. instructions. Todd Woodard present during the inspection.
