General Comments

Inspection completed with Josh Steinberger present. No signature due to COVID. NOTE: When measuring pool perimeter for trip hazards (5 feet of clearance required for indoor pools), measurements were taken beginning at waters edge (gutter of pool included in measurement). Observed pump replaced with new EQK-500 pump. PDSC form was emailed to E. Freese for approval during inspection. E. Freese notified Josh Steinberger that an electrical permit and inspection needs to be completed on the grounding wire and electrical work as soon as possible.
